What’s in the Name?
In Marathi, “Pudchi Pidhi Pudcha Paaul” roughly translates to “The Next Generation, The Next Step”—a perfect motto for a program designed to prepare tribal children for the challenges of the real world. It’s not just about education drive; it’s about empowerment, ensuring that these young minds develop the social and emotional strength to march confidently toward their future.
The Genesis of P4
In the heat of October 2019, the serene village of Pezwadi witnessed the debut of P4. This wasn’t just another workshop; it was a carnival of creativity and camaraderie. Children gathered, not just to learn, but to play, perform, and partake in a medley of activities designed to unearth their latent talents.
Not Your Usual Classroom
Forget boring blackboards and droning lectures! This program turns learning into an adventure—one filled with music, games, skits, movies, and interactive fun. It’s where children don’t just listen but experience, express, and evolve. The goal? To shape confident, empathetic, and problem-solving individuals who don’t just survive but thrive.
The Secret Sauce: Fun Meets Learning!

🎭 Skits & Role Plays: From pretending to be village leaders to acting as superheroes solving problems, kids develop confidence, communication skills, and a sense of leadership—all while having a blast!
