Temple Restoration
Hanuman Temple is reconstructed and pooja done in the presence of all villagers on 17th July 24 on the auspicious day of Ashada Ekadashi. The pooja was done by the Pichad Family who have donated the land to our trust

Solar Lamp Distribution part 1
Saaraakassh trust Solar lamps and its various uses .. much more than what we had imagined .. we are blessed to have your donations & for having chosen this Solar lamp model of Greenlight Sun King.. While we have covered 500 homes, we have a long way to go to cover 11 villages.. We look forward to your continued support in this endeavor .. Rs 600 per lamp can light a home .
Distribution of new Blankets
Saaraakassh was happy to distribute new Sholapuri Blankets to the elderly and dant manjan to the young children in two villages and also to the vegetable vendors on the highway.
Aadhar card and PAN Card Camp
सारा आकाश ट्रस्टच्या वतीने आधारकार्ड व पॅनकार्ड कॅम्प संपन्न…” on YouTube.The camp helped villaers collect documents, and apply for Pan and aadhar card and also for corrections in their existing cards.

Distribution of Farm Essentials
With the blessings of Monsoon already showering, saaraakassh trust undertook distribution of various vegetable seeds like Bitter gourd (karela), Brinjal (Wangi), Ridge Gourd (Shirali), Bottle Gourd (Dudhi bhopla) , Cucumber (kakadi) , Black pumpkin (Dangar) , Corn (makka) to various villages where the Trust is currently working. In addition to this financial help was also provided to very poor and marginal farmers for purchase of fertilizers and equipments for tilling & spraying natural organic pesticides.
Fund Raising Onum Event
We did a Onam lunch, one of the fund raising events in Sept’23. This was a huge success with 200 people attending the event. The event also showcased the products like Honey, Mahua oil, Dant manjan and bags made by the Adivasis..
Solar Lamp Success Stories
“Tamasoma jyotir gamaya”, our solar lamp project has lit up many aadivasi lives and homes. We are indebted to the Saaraakassh Parivar for their constant support. Requesting you to watch the video till the end where the adivasis themselves speak about it.
Bringing Water to Masrundi Village
Saaraakassh Trust Presents, The ‘Journey of bringing water to Masrundi Village’. These Events providing basic needs bring smile on every villager’s face.
Distribution of Uniforms
Saaraakassh feels happy to announce that the distribution of uniforms and ayurvedic medicines to school kids of Pejwadi tribal village was done successfully on 4th August. The smiles on their faces says it all !!!
Ayurvedic Medical Camp
The Ayurvedic Medical Camp conducted by Dr. Niraj Dandekar of Arogyakiran and his team of four dedicated doctors. 124 Villagers were examined and free distribution of medicines was done on the same day itself!
Mega Eye Camp
On Republic Day 26th January, 2020, The Saaraakassh team conducted a Mega Eye Camp for the tribal adivasis of eight villages. This was done in association with Essilor Vision, aBengaluru based organization. Abhijeet Kulkarni of Optifocus and his team were the professionals who managed the checkups end to end.
Distribution of Essentials
In the second half of June 2020, in 5 adivasi villages, Saaraakassh distributed almost 6000 Kauls ( Roof Tiles) to those villagers whose houses were badly damaged by the Nisarga Cyclone. Also another round of monthly rations and groceries was distributed in 8 Adivasi padas. (This is the third round of groceries since Lockdown).
Reconstruction Program
Starting with the fourth round of grocery distribution in July, the trust built a shed for an ancient 200 year old Devi temple which resides in the forest area just behind Karpatwadi village, on the request of the villagers. On the highway, which connects many of these villages with the outside world, is the only bus stop which got devastated during the Nisarga cyclone. The Trust took the task of successfully refurbishing this bus stop!
Lifeskills Workshop For Children
Conducted a 2 day lifeskills workshop for children from V-C residing in Maaval Chatralaya of Aim for Seva-FSH. This was done win association with Disha counseling center.
Donation Drive
Donated drawing kits and started marathi library in two municipal schools in Akshi and Sakhar villages near Alibaug.

Lunch arranged for old people at Jaaniv Vrudhashram . 5th March 2017. You can lso participate in these events.
Zero Budget Natural Farming
Sponsored a two day program on Zero Budget Natural Farming for farmers from the Kalyan, karjat, titwala and nearby belt. 13th and 14th November 2016.

Masrundi Donation Drive
Donation drive by trust and volunteers at Masrundi and Pejwadi villages of adivasis near Murbad. Donated new saris and tilgul to ladies and drawing kits to children on the ocassion of Makar sankrant. 14th January 2017.
Donation of Shawls
Donated shawls to Bharari Apangalay and Jesthalay. Volunteers shared breakfast and spentvtime with the old people there. 2nd october 2016.
